After 5 days of getting a generic reply from MD and nothing else. I requested and received a permanent chargeback from my bank. MD is welcome to have their keyring light back if they send me a shipping label otherwise I'll give it to one of the kids to play with. It's a shame they handled this so poorly when they knew on the 19th this problem existed. I've been a MD customer for about a year now and have bought a half dozen or so EDC things from them, but now they've not only lost a sale, they've lost a customer.
