How is possible to receive a completely different product rather than the item ordered. Can you please remedy this as quickly as possible and let me know if there is anything I can do on my end.
I received the product in the image below and not the Astrolux S41S in copper & stainless I had ordered. Was really hoping to have had this today for an upcoming trip.
Please see the attached image of the incorrect item received.
