Mine was delivered today and now available for pickup.....but it looks like I have to pay another $23 to pick-up...anyone know what this for??? i live in bc canada
Depending on who the carrier is you will get charged COD fee+taxes/duty. I always try to have folks ship to me via Canadapost (USPS). UPS is the worst with their fees, FedEX/DHL is ok. I like Canadapost as I find it's 50/50 if they charge or not. I've had earphones valued up to $100 USD, and I wasn't charged anything. But anything above $20 and not declared as 'Gift' is assessed a $10 COD fee + Tax/duty on item generally. Most likely that is what you're seeing.
lol according to you, i was really lucky then? bought headphone amplifier worth $200 and did not get charged by the Canadian custom
