We just got off the phone with the vendor and they let us know that the shipment inbound for their warehouse was lost in transit. UPS has issued a tracer and are actively looking for the order. The vendor went ahead and reordered another batch and those are on the way to their facility now.
We talked it over with the vendor and to expedite the process we will have the vendor ship these directly to you instead of first going through our warehouse. They currently have roughly 150 units in stock ready to ship and they will start processing them before the end of the week.
The remaining batch is scheduled to arrive midweek next week.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 11/18 or sooner if something comes up.
Does this mean only some of us should expect the EarPads to arrive next week?
