I contacted support a couple days ago and what they have told me so far is that Sound Professionals has told them that all the orders have shipped out, but Massdrop is investigating whether this is actually the case. They gave me a $5 partial refund and told me that if my tracking page did not show shipment by 2/11 then they would send a replacement order.
