We have some good news everyone. The vendor got back to us and was able to confirm shipment on the majority of the drop. Over 90% of the drop has been shipped out and tracking info on them has already been emailed.
However, there are a handful of units that still need to be shipped. During QC inspection, our vendor realized that the majority of the white earpads had defective fabric. As a result, the vendor has shipped all the white earpads back to the manufacturer for replacements. These are being expedited, and the vendor will have an ETA shortly.
Expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 7/15 or sooner if something comes up.
Mine still haven't showed up despite tracking saying they were delivered; support hasn't gotten back to me yet. Please advise on how to move forward ASAP.
