DmitryVyes. they fit them great. i had an mdr 1a witch i tried these on don´t mind using the clip that the stock pades are using and just put them on directly on the headphone works fine. I shoud say ur gona lose some bass ofc. And if im being honest these are not very thick padded or comfortable i woud go for some HM5 pads with velour instead off these just a tip
