I asked to cancel my order but was told "it was too late". I believe this was fraud. They made so much off the first b8 rs4 grill & to then try to do this is just plain wrong. I already called my credit card company and asked for a charge back. Nowhere does it state a return policy on this website or the terms. I told them I could not afford this grill anymore because of financial reasons and denied. Good thing I have rights with my cc company. Sorry it had to go down like this but I tried to be reasonable.
