Despite the slight delay as a result of the insufficient product labelling on each of the front lip that came in. We finally managed to properly identify each fitment of the lip and shipped out as many orders as we could with the shipment that came in so far.
We are just waiting for the second batch of the shipment to come in next week, and we'll be able to have the rest of the orders out to everyone.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 5/27.

We are investigating into this right now. Rest assured, we'll make it right for the orders affected, even if we need to place another order from the vendor.
This has been one of the more tricky drop we have coordinated, and we sincerely apologize for the mistake.
Given what we've learn this time, there are obviously a lot of feedback we have for the vendor to ensure everything is prepared more appropriately in the future.
