Reading Comments from the last Shipments... Is this price for ONE (1) Speaker or for TWO (2) Speakers?

Brendon93Sigh... Well, please give a full and rich description of how they sound. I had that singular and gorgeous cherry wood speaker sitting on my mantle awaiting it's promised twin and I couldn't bring myself to test it, in solo. (What if I liked it? I'd be heart broken) Sounds like Drop did you right by delivering the pair. Thanks for the prompt reply

TomWitt-2Before these Speakers, my only experience with audio was Logitech Desktop Speakers, random headphones, and "gaming" headsets until I got the HD58X from Drop with O2 + SDAC from Drop for my desk setup. I bought a case for my HD58X because I plan to never use them now owning these Speakers. I use the O2 + SDAC and the Audioengine N22 Amplifier to run these Speakers, and I have them on the Sonic Fiber Monitor Mounts (bought on Drop) so that they are more level with my ears (which I think is half the reason they sound so good). I buy CD's and rip them to wav for listening. You can definitely hear the separation of instruments. I spent many hours finding songs that can make these speakers flex. Very enjoyable. I like bass, and there is plenty. And they can get very loud without loosing quality. Since it is dampened by the stands, it is much cleaner bass and not just rumble like what you'd get from a subwoofer. When watching stuff like YouTube, it feels like the person talking is coming from the monitor and not the speakers. I'd imagine Netflix would be a great experience with these. My experience with Audio is minimal, but these blew me away with the setup I have, if you also have only Logitech listening experience, if you can get them for $250 like I did, worth the buy.

TomWitt-2 dude...I feel your pain ;-( but it'll be worth the wait... I got my pair from the factory in May '19 for $700, plus a month later put out another $160 for the (Sanus) stands, which added the third dimension to the SQ once I got them off the horizontal plane of a desktop. For their price I'd put them up against any speaker. I truly wish you could hear my system: a simple enough, but balanced analog pairing of the jotunheim, modius dac and the HD6 with a klipsch r-100sw powered sub. Simple but amazing audio environment regardless of which hi-res format chosen. They also have legendary bluetooth sound quality (AptX HD) and 100' range if you need that. I think they will be the last small speaker/amp combo I'll ever need. When I did spring for the high dollar FOCAL Clear, with no regrets, it brought out the potential of the balanced sq of the jotunheim/modius ;-)
