The only issue I have is that the 'wings' are just slightly too weak to stop the headset to slowly sliding down to the top of my ears over time. The headset is so light that it's still very comfortable, but if it's left sitting on my ears for too long it does cause some discomfort

Nearly the same price as Amazon for new. Nice beaters for work, not sure I'd use them as a primary headphone unless you are upgrading from dollar store or cheap chinese amazon headphones. They sound rather bland overall but if you are going to be working and want some music to drone in the background then these are excellent. I use these headphones at work because they are the perfect beaters and I love the 3D wing design because it doesn't jack with my hair. Cable is permanently attached to the headphone.
Edit - Looks like drop lowered the price a little bit more, $10 off from the current Amazon price is definitely much more appealing.
Edit 2 - My comment is for the AD500X and not the AD700X which drop seems to have lumped/merged the discussions together. Since this is now in the AD700X discussion thread... The AD700X compared to the AD500X are a bit on the lean side for bass (like anemic) but better imaging, treble is increased (bright) and the big sound stage is retained. Competitive FPS shooter fans typically swear by this headphone. If you want a bit more bass and improvements in detail over the AD500X, the AD900X is going to be what you want vs the AD700X. The AD900X sounds less bright.
