New from Audio-Technica, the DSR5BT Bluetooth IEM elevates wireless earbud performance. The first IEM to employ Audio-Technica’s Pure Digital Drive system, the DSR5BT uses a newly developed Audio Technica chipset to control driver amplitude directly with digital signals, eliminating the need for sound-degrading digital-to-audio conversion. Sound clarity is further enhanced with an onboard Qualcomm aptX HD codec that receives 24-bit/48kHz audio signals and dual-phase, push-pull drivers of different diameters to better articulate across all frequencies. Finally, an ergonomic headband ensures comfort and places the microphone, volume controls, and music/video playback controls near the front of the neck to optimize accessibility.
