When space is scarce and Bluetooth is a priority, Audioengine’s new A1 Wireless Speaker System is a professional-grade solution. Composed of two speakers, the A1 system delivers stage-quality stereo sound that one-speaker systems simply can’t replicate Read More
Better stay away from audioengine. You can find better value for the money. The small front port design is the main issue of this kind of speaker here. Buy a Kanto instead. You will be pleased.
I think we’re at a point now where everyone understands that Bluetooth is a wireless form of connectivity. Therefore, there is no longer a need to use term “wireless” once Bluetooth capability has been established. In fact, I would argue, continuing to use the term wireless when describing these speakers, is deceptive.
True wireless speakers are available today (speakers not connected to one another by speaker-WIRE) but these speakers do not offer that feature.
So yes, these are Bluetooth speakers, but no they most definitely are not WIRELESS speakers (as anyone who’s ever tripped over a set of actual speaker wires can confirm).

Based on the 30 seconds I wasted determining this is the same price as retail, I see no value purchasing products at drop.com and am unsubscribing.
Spoiler alert:
Ever see one of those films where it turns out the protagonist is actually dead but doesn’t know it? Good chance the same plot is developing here.
