For those who feel the bass is a bit thin on these, yet don't want to spring for the S8 sub, I found a great, budget solution. I happened to have an old Cyber Acoustics CA-3602a Subwoofer Satellite System (on Amazon for $42 http://goo.gl/SCWia4) that I had no use for anymore, since I got these to replace it. I decided to experiment by plugging in the subwoofer to the back of the A2+ (the satellites can be removed). All you need is an RCA to 3.5mm adaptor to plug into the output.
Wow, the sound is pretty darn amazing! Of course, it's likely not as good as with an S8, but it is certainly a great low cost alternative.
