I got these in the last drop because I wanted a good set of speakers that could fit under my computer monitors (which are suspended about 9 inches above my desk on an arm.) There is nothing that sounds better at this size, and I tried a lot of small speakers before settling on these. <br /><br />The speakers get loud enough to fill a small room (certainly more than loud enough for computer speakers), although the sound is much more directional than larger speakers. The sound quality is great once they burn in (out of the box they sounded very muffled and boxed-in.) If size is a concern or you just want nice computer speakers, get these. If you want party speakers or you're not going to be close by while listening, look for a larger set of speakers (A5+, BX5aD2, Rockit 6, etc.)
