One thing that I would suggest that Massdrop do to better serve the participants/customers is to post regular status updates on an at least a bi-weekly basis. Even if you don't have any new information, I think it's better for customers to know that you haven't forgotten than it is to go many days without saying much of anything.
EDIT: Also is there some way when voting in the polls to post the average time between shipping and receiving the item? Subsequently, when an item goes up for purchase, you can also post the average time elapsed between close of the buy and receipt of the product. I know it might be tricky to do but boy would that be helpful.
