Massdrop, the bamboo cabinet of my right speaker was damaged upon arrival. I have sent an email to support@massdrop.com describing the issue over 24 hours ago. Just sent another one now. I would appreciate you guys respond to my email as soon as possible so we can work this out.
UPDATE: Massdrop got back to me shortly after this comment and worked seamlessly with Audioengine to have a replacement set of A5+s shipped out to me right away. Very pleased with the whole process.
