wfjaI was the second one in the drop. Does this mean I will no longer receive what I have payed for? I'd really appreciate it if some of the staff were to chime in here.

AndrewNowIf you're in the drop you should be getting the product for the lowest price...If you joined, you committed to buying it.

jbobo53Right, but I'm in Canada, and the shipping has changed... Without a word from anyone at Massdrop.

AndrewNowHey - so Audioengine has requested that we do not support Canadian shipping any longer. This was the first buy that followed those rules, which is why Canadian shipping was not offered as a checkout for most of the duration.
It looks like since you joined so early, you made it in before we updated it in our system (you are also the only Canadian person to join this buy, explaining why you were the only person affected). I see that you've emailed support@massdrop.com for more explanation, so I'll respond to your email with the specific details as to how you can be taken care of.

steveThank you very much. It's a shame, I was really hoping to get in on this. I will reply to your email, and we'll see what happens from there.
And by the way, any plans for another Aune T1 drop soon? ;)

steveJust a quick FYI to everyone upset about the lack of Canadian shipping. After seeing @steve 's post that Audioengine requested that Massdrop not support Canadian shipping any longer, I wanted to know more.
So I asked them.
The response that I received from Audioengine was that they have a separate distributor in Canada, and their agreement with them is that they don't ship from the US to Canada.
Perhaps if the demand from Canada was high enough, we could ask Massdrop to do a separate drop with the Canadian distributor.

J857I doubt that would work. MD will prolly have to a fortune for shipping plus possible custom duties, making the whole thing rather expensive. After all, Audioengine is located close to them (they are both in Cali, AFAIK), so they can offer deep discounts there but from Canada it'd be unfeasible.

AnzialUnless the shipment was sent directly from the Canadian distributor to the canadian Customers....?

AnzialOn the tea infuser buy, it was shipped from Montreal. It came to my house instead of massdrop, and I got my infuser before MD even got their shipment. I wonder if they worked out some deal so they wouldn't have to toss things back and forth across the border? I'm still waiting on my reply from MD on this one.
