MarkHave they been shipped from audioengine yet? 13 days to get out of their warehouse is totally unacceptable. please don't thank me for my patience it is very close to running out.

In terms of delays, we have a great working relationship with Audioengine (you see their drops running all of the time on the site), sometimes they get their dispatch out to us in 3-4 days, other times it's longer. This time around unfortunately it's taking longer than usual- I'll see if I can get an exact update from them as to what's up.
