Hmmm when I power it on the light filament dosent glow. I know my universal travel adpator is working because the powerbrick that conencts to the aune is warm. Faulty one?

BecauseImHappyHard to say, check the tube (fully inserted), check all connections to the T1 especially the power cable. Then if that doesn't get you anywhere, check with a voltmeter that the power brick of the Aune T1 is indeed working properly.
