Could this amp be swapped for the crap Hifiman DAC I've been using between my Mac desktop and a pair of Event monitor speakers?

@Richard I believe so. You would just plug in the USB and use the RCA outputs on the back. I'm unsure if the volume control for the headphone output modulates the RCA output or if they're pure line-level (control volume on speakers), but either way it should work.
