My shipping address is in the US and I also have no tracking. As @EyeD mentioned, you don't get a tracking number as some are not shipped yet. This is support not checking the situation and just using standard answers. Support should be able to see that your T1 specifically hasn't shipped yet. @massdrop: am not angry about longer wait, that's ok. Shit happens. But you could inform your customers properly and not shush them off with standard answers. Even if it is only 6 people who apparently haven't received their shipment yet. A short email with: "guys, sorry the 220v units have not yet arrived, we have not forgotten you, we get them to you as quickly as we can." Would have been great....
