SashaHey guys, <br /><br />Just additional clarification on @Sasha's previous comment as well as more information on what we are doing to improve state of international shipment for purchases from Massdrop.<br /><br />As Sasha mentioned earlier, for the remaining Aune T1 from round 1 group buy, we are expecting to receive the shipment in our warehouse before end of the day today (Monday, July 15). If everything arrives as expected, we should have no problem ship them out tomorrow. We are also upgrading everyone's shipping to much faster courier services. For US customers, we will be shipping them out using FedEx 2 days, and for international customers, we are also upgrading the shipping to a much faster FedEx service with much more reliable tracking service.<br /><br />Hopefully, we will have everyone from round 1 Aune T1 group buy enjoying their new DAC/AMP within the next few days. :)<br /><br /><br />Regarding Massdrop international shipping, we have been using UPS Mail Innovation to help us handle international shipping for the last six months. And they have always been able to provide us with reasonable level of tracking service, up until a couple weeks ago, the international shipping started to become rather unreliable. It is something that we've been working very closely with UPS to fix on a continual basis. <br /><br />We are extremely appreciative of the support we are getting from our international members, and we are fully aware of the wait time some of our international members have to endure before receiving their purchase. Just bare with us for a couple more days, we are in the process of working out a better international shipping solution that we are sure will make everyone very happy. We'll keep everyone updated when we have everything in place.
