Can some one in support please contact me regarding my order? I had emailed support to change my shipping address on June 17th to my new shipping address in a different state. At that time, Tracey had ensured me that the shipping address was updated. Pass forward one month later, I received an email saying my package had shipped. Unfortunately, it was shipped to my old address. I have been trying to contact support to get this resolved. Tracey once again assured me that the package would be retrieved, and a new one would be sent to my new address, even with a $15 refund for the whole mess-up. Ten days later and two more email to Tracey, I have not received any further update or response. I actually got a call from my old apartment saying they are holding a package for me in the front desk, waiting for someone to come pick it up, either for re-delivery or return to sender. Some one please help!
We're working on your ticket, it's a complicated one so it'll take a bit more time to get to.<br /><br />We can't retrieve your package (unless it got return-to-sendered, which it didn't) so we need to get a new unit to send to your new address.<br /><br />Thanks for your patience
