I am getting really annoyed by Massdrop's service. Your site says that the product has been delivered to me, but the UPS says that it is unable to deliver the product to me, and has left a notice(there was no notice). I have tried reaching out to Massdrop multiple times but there has been no response. Is it because Massdrop considers the product to be delivered so they won't even respond me?
Have you tried contacting UPS to find out what the exception was?<br />Massdrop can attempt to help by talking to UPS but really the issue is with UPS at this point. Unless they're sending the package back to Massdrop or the package was damaged in delivery you should be getting annoyed with the people delivering the package. Not the people who arranged to have it sent to you.
