Mine came with scratches, an upside down power jack, a loose USB jack, a dirty (oxidized?) headout, and is missing the tube that was listed on package contents.<br />My tubes do not seem to be working with the Aune, and I have made sure they are seated properly and were cleaned from any oxidization as they are quite old.<br />So, I have no idea if the unit even works :S<br /><br />I wonder if massdrop will answer my email, I bought new headphones and was so excited for this! I wonder if they can make a replacement
