Question: Which reduces tube life the most? Heatcycles (turning off and on with computer use), or extended burn (leaving the amp on 24/7)

This particular topic has spawned many a flame war in the past.
See advice here: http://www.tweakshop.com/Tube%20care.html

The short answer is that yes, there is some shortened life span by turning them off and on all the time. The most effective thing is to leave it on for longer periods and then turn it off. Turning it on and off several times a day is going to wear it out faster. Turning it on once or twice in a day is probably the most efficient.

Another thing is that the tubes in the T1 are not being used as power tubes or really even driver tubes. They're not seeing very much voltage and thus don't get extremely hot. Yes, they do get hot but not like you can't touch it kind of hot. The T1 also has a soft power up which is a very nice feature and will be easier on the tubes.

Overall I don't really worry about it. Buy some extras and go on with your life.
