I dont know, It's been almost 48 hours so I plan on submitting a charge back with my bank. Pretty pissed because lots of people are having the same problems.

Yeah I'd at least expect a "we've got your message" reply by now since I sent a message on Wednesday, even though I wouldn't expect a full resolution on something like this for a bit longer.

I emailed them threatening a charge back and I got a response instantly.
