Can I connect this to my sound card if I have the x-fi titanium hd? And I'm planning to get the DT990 600 ohms, do you think this will be the best amp choice for the headset I'm buying?

BrazzersBrazzers, If used as a DAC with Amp it is best attached through USB to your computer and acts as a new sound card. In my opinion, it will produce better sound than your internal card as well. To connect to the x-fi as an amp only without the DAC feature I will let others chime in.
