NONFUNCTIONAL ON ARRIVAL: NO RESPONSE FROM AUNE SUPPORT
So I got the T1 SE MK3 in the last drop and so far it does not work at all, basically a paperweight at this point. The driver won't install to Winduws 7, tried for hours. The Aune website support simply instructs you to email sales@auneaudio.com (I did just as it says to) and after 2 emails to them and 4 weeks of waiting I haven't heard back. i would definitly say that this is one of the main downsides to Massdrop: minimal warranty/ customer support.
