Hi there - got mine today, downloaded and installed drivers on Windows, and it wouldn't work. Here's what the device properties says: "Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)" Has anyone gotten this to work?

strumbringerThe new versions of Windows require the drivers to be digitally signed. I've emailed the support and I got the updated driver v4.13 You can download it here:  https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PCstbHQlbkVN6XNn_IRQucArfFB3NTzc/view?usp=sharing

jaklinsThank you. Oddly enough when I emailed them they said the product was discontinued and the driver would not be updated.

strumbringerGlad you solved your issue. FYI you can disable digital signature requirement in Windows 10 and it will likely work with old drivers. I do it for my older DAC which is not being updated and works perfectly. Hold down SHIFT and click the POWER icon and RESTART. This gives you many options to blow up your PC. :) Progress through these screen options: Troubleshoot, Advanced Options, See More Recovery Options, Startup Settings. On the last screen you'll see a list of options you can effect. One of them is "don't enforce digital signing requirement" or some such. This screen varies from computer to computer. I have seen where those options are numbered and when you hit the RESTART on that screen, PC reboots and after BIOS screen you will get the option to select that option (#7). However, on my PC it only shows those options bulleted with no numbers and it does not pause during reboot. I only know from previous experience that as soon as I see the BIOS screen to start mashing "7". Voila. DAC happiness.

fleaDisabling signed drivers on Windows is risky, and I personally wouldn't recommend/do it. Windows moved to requiring signed drivers for security reasons.
