Warden,
I am in the same boat. Neither my iron nor either of the thread sets that I purchased have shipped out. My batting did not hit its expected ship date either, even with the delay notification. Both of us must have been put on the bottom of the lists, even though I know I did not purchase my items on the last day of either drop. I am frustrated, too, as I have a terminally ill friend in the hospital that I wanted to use one of the threads from the Tulu Pink collection to finish a quilt for him before he passes. Today, I finally just had to go to the local quilting store and buy thread at full price because I could not wait any longer. I know these Mass Drops are supposed to take longer, but it has been a month since I placed the order and that seems rather long. Regardless of the time frame, it seems that some of us are getting all of our orders pushed down to the bottom of the fulfillment list and it doesn't make sense as to why. I do think that some kind of notification that it was taking longer than expected would have been nice, especially since the last message that I received said that the thread would be shipped out three days ago and mine still hasn't been shipped out. The wool batting was the same. The message said they would go out on Monday due to incorrect packaging materials, but mine didn't go out until Wednesday. Honestly, there comes a point where the small discount that we are getting isn't worth the delay.
