Exciting update! We’re happy to report that all of the orders have been shipped out from our warehouse and are now on the way to you! Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to get into the shipper's system and start updating.

Great news group! The vendor has let us know that rest of the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse now. Based on the tracking provided these are scheduled to come in 8/24. Our warehouse team has been forwarded tracking info and will be standing by, ready to get these packed up and turned around as soon as they come in.
Sometimes shipments get delayed en route, not to worry as we will keep the group posted throughout the process and notify you all if anything causes delay.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 8/25 or sooner if something comes up.
Quick update for the group. We spoke to our vendor earlier today and they let us know that the first half of the group's order is on its way to our warehouse now. Based on the tracking provided, these are scheduled to come in tomorrow. Our warehouse team has been forwarded tracking info and will be standing by, ready to get these packed up and turned around as soon as they come in.
The rest of the group's order is still being processed in Italy. They are still on schedule to ship the remaining orders to our warehouse in time to meet the expected ship date. We will remain in contact with them and update the group as soon as we receive shipment confirmation.

ajtaylorFor group orders that need to be separated into batches, we will prioritize and accommodate orders that were placed first. Those who are in the first batch will receive an email with tracking info no later than 2 business days after the bulk shipment arrives at the warehouse.
Thanks again for joining this drop! With your help we were able to make it successful for the community. We've just submitted the group's order with the vendor for the Inked by Lynn Krawczyk Aurifloss Collection and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them directly to you! The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 9/14.
Rest assured that we we will provide you all with updated information regarding the status of your order throughout the process. You can expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 8/18.

Quick update for the group, most orders have been shipped out! Our warehouse team did receive a couple of the embroidery scissors in less than great shape. We have already contacted the vendor for a set of replacements and they are getting that shipment prepared for us right now.
We will remain in contact with them and update the group as soon as the shipment arrives with us, which should be very early this coming week.

Quick update for the group, apologies for the delay in updating it looks like the pending update wasn't being reflected on our update tracking sheet. We have resolved the issue and updates should follow smoothly.
In regards to the group's drop the bulk order arrived earlier today and our warehouse team is currently counting units and getting them ready for shipment to you. Group members should see tracking within 24-48 hours. We will update the group again when all orders have been shipped.

WHat is the status of this order? If i do not get a reply by tomorrow, i will dispute the charge with my CC company as merchandise was not delivered. I will NOT buy from massdrop again.
