This is a great little light with one issue. It has PWM on all levels but high. It is noticeable on the lower levels if it’s aimed at something moving.

Gadgetman7After two years with my A3, I can safely say I never have noticed any PWM effect in normal usage... Even when illuminating moving objects! In my opinion, it's a non-issue unless you have to often illuminate rotating objects of some sort (perhaps working in a garage or metal workshop? Can't think of realistic scenarios for that).

BobrazI have an A3, A5 and A23 as well. There is no noticeable PWM on those models. It’s peculiar to this model. Rovyvon has said that they are aware of it and are working on a Version 2.

Gadgetman7Ah, very interesting to know! That means - contrary to what I naively assumed - the internals are not the same. May I ask, when, in your usage, you notice the PWM?

Bobrazi first noticed it on low at night when I was trying to find a water leak. The flow was strobed. I’ll admit I’m sensitive to it and have to set my monitor refresh high but now that I know it’s there I notice it more unfortunately.
