Great news group! The vendor has let us know that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse now. Based on the tracking provided these are scheduled to come in 5/29. Our warehouse team has been forwarded tracking info and will be standing by, ready to get these packed up and turned around as soon as they come in.
Sometimes shipments get delayed en route, not to worry as we will keep the group posted throughout the process and notify you all if anything causes delay.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 6/1 or sooner if something comes up.

elimelendezI received a notification from Massdrop this morning that my device had shipped. Can you please confirm which version of the device is going out? I would assume that it would be v1 given the drop occurred prior the release date of v2. That said, assuming we're getting v1, the timing is questionable and either Massdrop and/or Automatic withheld the fact that a new release was imminent.
It is totally fair for a company to offload excess inventory when a new product is being released but to subvertly do so is unethical. We should of been given the opportunity to decide to wait or take this deal. If I receive a v1 in the mail it will not be kept and it is questionable if I would buy another product from that company again.
