Basically, the big difference is everything it offers versus the diagnostics, BUT, they also store and compute your information on the cloud. What this means is that this information will pass through third party vendor hands, which they have no legal responsibility to oversee what is done with it, nor do you have any legal recourse should you find out later and want to stop it. By that time, your data has been sold multiple times over. It's one thing to be offered a service for free and have they done, but having to pay for it and knowing that they will be double dipping? I'd pass.
