I have been using the bottle for about a week now and I have to say I am really enjoying it. It's kind of a bummer that it doesn't do hot liquids, but my coffee consumption doesn't really call for an insulated cup anyways.
I haven't tested the 20 hour cold rating. But I have left ice water in it overnight and by the next morning there was only a little less ice than when I left it. Just based on my normal use I can imagine it lasting for 20 hours untouched.
All in all this was a great purchase. I will be using this bottle for quite a while, and would definitely buy again.
