Looks like mine was lost getting over the border to Canada. This was to be my first automatic :(
I've submitted a request to Massdrop support but haven't heard back yet (it's two days after a long weekend, I understand). How are lost packages handled generally? Can I expect another shipment or a refund?

tguyThanks to Summer at Massdrop Community Support, I will receive a refund. I'd still like to have this watch, but considering the new reports of the second hand falling off, I'm glad I have some time to reconsider.
