Inspired by the historic Hunter Hawker aircraft flown in the 1950s and 1960s, the AVI-8 Hawker Hunter Turbine Watch is loaded with faithful details and performance features. On the dial, elements of the Hunter’s iconic jet-engine design are front and center. Most notably, a serrated turbine sits over the date and day display, both of which pay homage to 1950s and 1960s typography found on original Hawker Hunters. Just beyond the dial’s luminous indices, an octagonal case made from polished stainless steel gives the watch an elevated mid-century look, while an engraved caseback commemorates its airborne inspiration. Outfitted with a Japanese quartz movement and available here in three styles, the AVI-8 Hawker Hunter Turbine Watch features a mineral crystal for scratch-free protection and a leather band for continued comfort.
