Is there a way to get support on cycling through the backlight options on the Azio Retro Keyboard Classic? The basic instructions are straightforward, but the keyboard does not cycle through. It seems to be stuck on static mode and the only thing I can adjust is the brightness. I'd like to set the backlight to reactive.

So got this keyboard 4/10/17 and as of 8/8/18, it no longer works. It wont turn on, won't charge, tried on multiple chargers. Nothing... Unfortunately it is passed the 1year mfg warranty.
Anyone else have this issue? Resolutions?

Does anyone has problems with FN key? I have the AZIO for Mac bluetooth and my F1, F2 (all F* keys) only performs the MacOS actions (bright control, show mission control, etc). For instance, if I'm on Excel and I want use F4 function (to lock a reference), pressing FN + F4 will display my applications screen (of MacOS). Does anyone knows how to solve? I'm sick and tired of this, almost giving up this keyboard.
