I have to agree with @mbriola , $3 more on Amazon and prime shipping. The delay in getting this drop is ridiculous! How about you inform the vendor that your clients are cancelling their order? I'm bet that might get them moving a little faster!

mbriolaI was not able to cancel. Just now received this super-empathetic reply that totally addressed my concerns about the inordinately long time and marginal benefit in cost:

I regret to inform that since the group's order has already been placed with the vendor and you order is packed for soon delivery, I am unable to cancel your order. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

This is the email I received on Friday the 16th:
We reached back out to the vendor again this week for another update on the group's order and, unfortunately, are still waiting to hear back about the latest status. We will continue to contact them and relay any new information we receive directly to the group. You can expect an update from us on 12/20 or sooner if something comes up.

So, Ava/MD, which is it? You don't know what's up with it and have had zero ETA, or it's packed and ready to go? I'm about 10 minutes or another substance-free Massdrop reply from sending this entire thread to my credit card company to dispute the charge.
