Hate to step on massdrop here but the corsair with cherry mx switches is a better keyboard from a more trusted brand imo. https://tinyurl.com/y9jfmcqs - that being said, I like the style of this keyboard more, I just wish it had cherry-mx switches.

virtuostradesYeah, Corsair is good brand plus the cherry brand MX switches, but there's a few key differences people might want in the Azio. This Azio is RGB LED colors, it has brown switches that are less clacky than the blues in the corsair, and corsair doesn't use standard key sizes for things like the windows key, so your options are limited when buying a new set of keycaps. I don't know if this is still true, it's not in this description, but my stock Azio keycaps were doubleshot, so there's no black ink to wear off over time with use. That said, the text on the wrist guard is kind of obnoxious, but I rarely notice it.

boot2skullYou make some good points I don't have any experience with Azio so I can't comment much in comparison. I do think most people want the tactile feedback with the satisfying clack even though it's loud but everyone has different preferences. I currently only own a Corsair k55 been wanting to upgrade for a while. I am brand loyal usually - ASUS, EVGA, Corsair, Razer. I have just had great experiences with their products

boot2skullI have to say, the more I look at the design the more I like this thing. How would you say it feels, quality-wise? Does it feel solid and sturdy and the switches respond well/have satisfying tactile feedback?

virtuostradesI got one on MD maybe a year ago to replace my work keyboard which was one of those standard rubber dome Dell kb. I'm no mech key expert but I know any mech switches are going to be a huge upgrade over the freebie keyboards. It feels great for the price. It doesn't have cherrys, but unless you're well experienced in mech keys you probably won't notice a difference. I'm not experienced enough to note the differences. The tactile effect of the kailh brown switches is nice, you can feel it and see it appear on screen, but not really hear it. Most noise comes from the actual keycap when you remove your finger, with some noise coming from bottoming out, and a little noise coming from friction of the switch sliding. But the whole keyboard is solid, it has weight to it, the top aluminum plate looks and feels nice. The floating key effect helps the LED glow show, while the black aluminum top plate keeps the glow subdued. The key legends are nice and bright. Typing still makes some noise due to the floating key effect. Not as much as blue switches, but more than typical browns that are buried inside the keyboard case. I added the transparent rubber o-rings to all the keys and that helped a lot. I like the cushion the o-rings provide when bottoming out too, so I definitely recommend that mod. It has some macro keys which don't get used at work, hah. A volume knob and easy click to mute is nice. If they still have doubleshot keys that is a huge plus, because its rare you see that on a sub $100 keyboard. The different programmed LED patterns and colors keeps my desk from being super boring. About the only thing I wish it had was a USB port to charge devices, but that's rare even in high end mechanical keyboards.

virtuostradesThe brown switches give a tactile feel without the click from a blue. More like a mix between the red and blue. And actually based on a lot of reviews, Kailh makes a better brown switch than Cherry MX. Cherry used to be top on everything yeah, but Kailh redid everything not too long ago and the redo has gotten them a lot of nice reviews on their switches.
Also I love my Corsair keyboard but I'm out researching because I dislike that Corsair doesn't use default key sizes. Any keycap sets you get won't properly fit the bottom row and that's very disappointing.
