elimelendezTo be totally fair the original shipping was quoted as 11/11 so I feel it's completely fair to ask!! I f money has changed hands then a consumer is well within their rights to ask about shipment and delivery.

elimelendezOK so it's now 18/11 and if it's not shipping today then I think you need to reconsider the overall cost because delivery time was part of the overall deal and you have failed to deliver on part of the contract we all have with you. Whether this is outside your control or not does not, as I'm sure you're aware, affect the status of the contract we have with you. I don't want to sound difficult but if this was another large online retailer there would be a S***storm. If you have news or not about the delivery a comment should always be made to reflect that fact but just to leave a comment trail empty for a week when you have taken peoples cash is simply not acceptable.

expaddyYeah, I have to agree. Especially so when you consider Black Friday/Cyber Monday is coming around really soon, and most of us could have likely gotten better deals on this keyboard or other one's of equal or higher value.
Part of the reason in my dropping the money on this was that it was set to be shipped on November 11th and would have been here by today at the very latest but highly likely before then. Now I don't even know if it will be here before December and being here by Thanksgiving looks pretty unlikely.

elimelendezTo be honest it's been a prety poor saga but it could have been alleviated by a member of staff writing a few kind and reassuring words however it looks like Massdrop lacks integrity and common sense. I certainly won't be ordering anything off of here again. It's a shame really that they don't realise how fast bad news travels.

elimelendezI wonder if Maasdrop realises how serious this is, do they think that people affected by this drop and the lack of response thereafter are going to signup to any more drops. I just don't get it they're watching part of their customer base go down the plughole, so they're either grossly incompetent or they just don't give a sh**.
