That said, I would much rather have paid the full retail price and gotten it weeks ago.
Also, the key cap puller that it was supposed to come with was not included. Probably not a big deal to some of you who have been in the mech keyboard world for a while, but this is my first. Part of the reason in buying this off of massdrop was because of the keycap puller, so I could change my keys out later on and be able to clean them more thoroughly.
Good product, terrible service. This will likely be my last purchase from massdrop unless some ridiculously good deal pops up, or a custom product that I am interested in comes along.
