Just got my order. Despite no damage to the box it arrived in, the Space-bar key is horribly warped. Not sure how someone put it in the box without noticing. Do I have any recourse?

No backlights, Backlight in a lit room, and backlight in a dark room. All on my ducky shine 5.
Edit: the back lights are rgb and synced to match the individual keycap colors.

Anyone have pictures of what these keys look like on a vortex pok3r. I originally wanted a white one but since they don't stock the white in the UK I had to get a black and change the key caps. Thanks in advanced.

Just thought I'd post a photo of these sitting in my das (they look great and read well even without backlighting). Definitely a bit more saturated than I thought they'd be, but I'm super happy with how they turned out.

The_MajorThen try contacting your courier and stop whining on the MD drop page. If the courier said it SHIPPED on time then Massdrop did its part. If the courier said DELIVERED and it's not at your doorstep that is completely out of Massdrop's domain.

I received my keycaps maybe a week or so ago, and I was pleased with what I received from my initial glances. But after closer inspection, I noticed that the keycaps were a lot more vibrant and saturated in color than the pictures presented here on the drop. The pictures posted here on the drop were very light and pastel in hue. But the keycaps I received are almost neon in color. I noticed other similar drops here on the site, such as the NPKC rainbow keycaps are more like what I received and not as advertised here on this particular drop. Judging from the posts here in this discussion, people are receiving what I did, but no one has really noticed the difference in what we received and what was advertised for the drop. Is there an explanation for this? I'd love to hear responses from Massdrop or the vendor directly.

Edit: I have yet to actually put them on a board just yet, so I want to refrain from making my final judgments. I ordered the IKBC MF-87 board here on Massdrop, and they are planning to ship those out in a month or two, so I am waiting to put the caps on that particular board. But it still stands, that the keycaps I received were not the ones I saw advertised.
Final Update: Have had some time to finally use the keycaps on my new board. Looking and just being mesmerized when looking at my board decked out with this set, I can say that I am satisfied with this product. Judging from the pictures on the drop presented, the colors may have been too light and white to be able to really appreciate the rainbow effect you want to get from a board. Despite having RBG backlighting on my board, I can see anyone with any board, especially those with boards with no backlighting, can enjoy this set. Still, I would appreciate honest, accurate, and comprehensive advertising when presenting any drops on this site. Then again, y'all have taken so much of my money in such a small amount of time, you will either see this as valuable feedback from a loyal customer or just more noise that goes unheard and unconsidered. Just noise. o.o

Does anybody have photos of the blue gradient without backlighting? The photos on the product page makes it look like the gradient goes from bottom to top, but another photo in this discussion makes it look like it gets more blue towards the middle of the kb.

GerudhohThat seems to be the case with some caps on here. I expect my Mermaid's Kiss set to be somewhat darker than presented on MD when I get it.
