Inspired by a sailing trip from Turkey to Rome, the Seamonster reflects the minimal beauty of the open skies and the majesty of the sea. At 38 millimeters, it’s rather small for a diver, but the layout makes it easy to read in any conditions Read More
ok, i saw this like a year ago when they had it on and they were out of the plain steel. so now they have it back.
normally i don't buy watches with a miyota 8200 movement despite the workhorse ruggedness because it doesn't hack (unless you use the ole vostok trick of twisting the crown backwards and holding until your time start happens.
but as you all know, sometimes the beauty or style of a piece overcomes certain issues. that is the case (literally) with this piece. i would snap it up in an instant if i hadn't just purchased a couple of $500 watches.
i shouldn't have praised it here as i might still change my mind. but at least i'm not going to say which model i'd get as i don't want it to sell out.
