Can anyone who picked one up last time comment on the brightness of the lume? An issue with a Ball watch I purchased on Massdrop before was that it was new old stock, and the tritium tubes had faded.
pdxwatchguyA bit late in replying, but I own this watch. The lume is pretty subtle in dimly lit rooms, but in darkness it's clearly visible. Its definitely brighter than superluminova after four hours of darkness. I have no problem reading it in the middle of the night if I get up to use the restroom.
Similar to buying on the "gray market" or buying second hand, no warranty. I've bought gray market before without issue. For a watch at this price is seems worth it to me. And with a manufacture of this caliber, the quality shouldn't be an issue. If I was in the market for another watch I'd probably snap this up.
I want this watch, but a firm response from Massdrop about the warranty would be helpful.
Is a warranty included? If so, by whom - Ball, third party, etc?
Also, is this a new watch with all original Ball packaging and paperwork?
Beautiful watch, but I wish it were a mm or two larger. The lack of any type of warranty is a major problem, to the point where it might be a deal breaker, even though the price is well under other sellers. If MD just forgot to include the warranty in their description...someone please let us know ASAP.
By the way, the model number is NM2026C-SCJ-WH , which Massdrop, for some inexplicable reason, does not include in its description.
