What an opportunity it is to get something that is perhaps not the newest, but of high quality standard and at such a low price! I was so excited to try Bang and Olufsen. Unfortunately, they did not turn on. The case was detectable which was a feature I wasn't aware was possible, but the buds were not.
Undaunted I tried other methods. Downloaded the app, which required login and verification. Still, the same thing. No lights on the buds came on despite the case stating they were fully charged (it has a blinky light).
Perhaps, I thought, Drop would help. I emailed them three times, and help came there none. I'd blame Drop and B&O more, but I feel embarrassed to have spent what I did on this item, which isn't even effective as a rechargeable paperweight, due to its size and mass. Today I was looking for a reliable, well reviewed product and was prompted to share my experience - here you are.
When I gave it the 1 star review a link appeared, asking if I'd like some support. I wonder how that will go, since it seems these are a "all sales are final" item and I've already paid Drop. Amazing. I wonder what was refurbished about them? Drop sold a refurbished product which does not work.
Really, they should have made us aware about that before sale. "No returns! Also these don't work. And you pay for shipping."
The build quality seems alright, though I've had sturdier paperweights, and I think I prefer the analog ones to digital. I don't even use paper near a window, what would I need a paperweight for? I guess it's an RGB paperweight technically.

I did not hear back for some time but when looking through my email I noticed a message I had not seen from a couple weeks ago. Drop has offered a replacement product but of new manufacture and not refurbished as a solution, which I have accepted. I know shipping to where I am is not swift but hopefully this solution works!

Changing to two stars. After a month or so of using them they are somewhat problematic. The sound is okay, but I am ignorant about the quality of other earbuds. Despite what reviews have said I have not been entirely wowed by them. Noise cancellation does not cancel any noise so I do not bother with it.
Today, after charging the case and buds fully, they were dead. Charged case and buds again, green light came on solid, and still dead. Rather regretting making the purchase of the refurbs but now the brand new earbuds are not functioning correctly. I will check into the firmware solution to see if there is an update - but also it asks for location on and an app to use on my phone which is silly. Obviously need the app for any equalizing, but why do I need the app to use them? Would a cheaper brand have been easier to use and charge properly?
DocHHello @DocH We apologize this has taken longer than expected. We're working with the vendor to get a replacement unit shipped to you ASAP. In case you missed it, our team reached out to you earlier today with an update.
Just like others, right earbud does not work. No resolution yet, although I was told (twice) that “there was a problem with the vendor” and that Drop “is working on a solution “. It’s been two weeks so far, no refund, no store credit, no updates. Very disappointing.
MetTig5 weeks now and no response from anyone at Drop other than a statement stating they are aware of the issue and are contacting the vendor. Not good. I suppose I'll wait some more then start posting review of Drop elsewhere, etc. :(.
This is a review of Drop’s Refurbished product; not as much about the actual product… since it didn’t actually work.
LOOK: 4/5
I enjoy that these don’t have a stem, and we’re just round. I had the sand color which was similar to a soft rose gold. They were a bit large and stuck out in a not so pleasant manner though.
EAR TIPS: 1/5
The tips that came with them were pretty terrible. They felt cheap. The product also didn’t come with the original ear tips.
QUALITY: 1/5
I got one earphone to connect at one point so I could hear from one ear. But this isn’t about the quality of sound, but rather the quality of the refurbished product. I received 2 sets and both were dead on arrival. Only after a serious amount of charge time did I get 1 ear to turn on. Which means the product was busted. They felt solid enough, but if they don’t work, none of anything in this review really much matters.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: 5/5
Drop was kind enough to send me another pair when I mentioned the first were dead. And they also helped me get a refund when the second came dead. So at least the story ends getting my money back.
You sent me a set, they seem to charge, but you will never know, because you can’t turn them on! There is supposed to be this tiny little light on the earbuds themselves but I’ve never seen it! DO NOT buy these !! It’s just a pretty thing that you will just throw in a drawer and forget about!! Oh yeah, you won’t get any support with it! They don’t care!! They just want your money!!!

Really Terrific Sound Quality!!!
My B&O Beoplay EQ earphones arrived today. I installed a spare set of Dekoni Bulletz earphone tips I had stored. I charged these earphones up and now they are paired and updated using B&O's clunky phone app. I am listening now. The second song on my mix was Miles Davis' All Blues. I actually heard one piano note in support of the solos that was off! I had never noticed that before. Yah, they are just that good!!! At $400 USD, these were not on my radar. At $149 USD, I now have them. In combination with the Dekoni Bulletz tips, this is an amazing sound! I may listen to this mix until they run out of power. I am very satisfied. I cannot wait to see if the stock tips are any better. Hard to imagine that being possible. These are a real improvement over my Sony WF-1000XM4 earbuds which are nice but with a muddier midrange.
