Is this product brand new in box and not refurbished? How long is the warranty period and covered by B&O?

I received my EX from this run, upon activating in the B&O app it showed a 3 year warranty starting from the date I activated

Is this the same company or person who pushed those other Bang and Olufsen earbuds that didn’t work or turn on or charge, you getting the picture yet. I still have two sets of those. Was gonna make a paper weight out of them but……!
