Haven’t got mine yet, wondering if anyone is also having this problem, ordered them in February on the 8th and still haven’t gotten word of what is happening with them.
OwlhyzoThey're all shipped by now, but you got an estimated ship date along with your order. Massdrop takes a while to ship due to the nature of the website.
Just got mine!
Works really well, although the experience of using touch and swipe movements on the right cup for transparency, ANC, volume and track change is less than stellar, and I miss more times than I hoped for.
Setup was easy using the B&O App.
thong@Drop any feedback for us waiting for this to ship? Previous delays I have experienced were solved in about 15 days, but we are closing in to a 30-day delay.
Yeah, I had some great after sale service from Bose many years ago. Had to physically take them to the repair centre though, but not the end of the world! What’s annoying is the H7s were the first headphones in such a long time where the build was rock solid. Cannot fault it. But there’s no point without the bluetooth working! This has completely soured me on B&Os and I doubt I’ll go back again.
I bought a pair of Hifimans from Drop. They sit on a headphone stand. They never leave the home. The left ear has just completely come away from the headband. It was only being held on by two teeny tiny screws.
As customers of audio equipment, we are really spoiled for choice, but every time you buy a brand or product you’re unfamiliar with, it’s such a risk. You want to find a brand you like and be able to stick with it. For example, I love my Harman Kardon receiver - second I’ve owned - but I can’t ever buy a new one ‘cause they don’t make them anymore!
I’ve as of this week switched to Focals for headphones - Bathys for wireless and Elegia for wired. My local audio store was having a deal of three pairs of Focals for $1,388 AUD. Too good to pass up. Let’s see how they go.
TwinstarAt that price I would make the jump myself that's about £1000 English for 3 sets! Nice price man. I got 2 pairs of hifiman and I treat them with kid gloves due to known quality control issues. Enjoy your focal upgrades. Best wishes from North West U.K.
